New AutoSIR2+ ™ The system represents a dramatic improvement over existing testing schemes, allowing Jazz and its shielded precision electronic products to achieve advanced resistance measurement accuracy of 1014 Ω.

One AutoSIR2+chassis can accommodate 1 to 16 measurement cards, and can monitor up to 256 2-point test modes, 78 5-point test modes, or 32 9-point test modes with time intervals ranging from minutes to days.Each channel current is limited (1 Ω), encouraging failure analysis of dendritic growth.The frequent monitoring capability provides a complete picture of electrochemical reactions occurring in a circuit assembly and provides early trend analysis, enabling testing to be shortened and saving a lot of testing time and * *.
